Full refund will be issued only if the reservation is(are) cancelled more than atleast 10 days before check-in date, else no refund will be issued.
STRICT
Full refund will be issued only if the reservation is(are) cancelled more than or atleast 15 days before check-in date.
50% refund will be issued if the reservation is cancelled between 10-15 days before the check-in date.
No refund will be issued if the reservation is cancelled less than 10 days before check-in.
FIRM
Full refund will be issued only if the reservation is(are) cancelled more than atleast 15 days before check-in date, else no refund will be issued.

If a new policy is mentioned while making a booking then that will take precedence.
♦ Until a reservation has been cancelled on our end, upon cancellation only the reservation cost will be refunded and the tax component will be deducted.
